Resilience: Let go and live life to the full

One of the most rewarding and important moments in life is the moment you finally find the courage to let go of what you can’t change.

When we let go of how life ‘should’ be, we ignite the full potential of how life CAN be from this moment forward.

Happiness is ultimately about letting go of what we think our life is supposed to be like right now and sincerely appreciating it for everything that it is, and making the very best of it. This isn’t always easy to do, and there are things that happen that can never be understood no matter how hard we try.

Let’s live life as if we chose it to be this way – and if it’s not an easy path, maybe, just maybe, that’s what our contract is supposed to be for this lifetime. There’s always a lesson to be learned, otherwise our resistance has us repeat the ‘class’ over and over again through reoccurring patterns and experiences.

Ask yourself: how can I grow and choose to become better (not bitter) through the hurdles, challenges, and adversities. What am I being invited to learn? What must I let go of?

And remember: we’re all in this together. Reach out and allow someone to be there for you, just as you would be if I called upon you. May love, patience and grace be your guides.

I found this article to be really informative and your video is appealing at the same time. A person should be able to be resilient during the times of distress.
