Gratitude in the In-Between
There are seasons in life when the ground beneath us feels uncertain. When what once fit, no longer does. When the questions grow louder than the answers.
And yet – even here – there is grace.
If you find yourself in a place of restlessness or quiet dissatisfaction, know that you are not lost. You are simply being invited deeper. Into awareness. Into alignment. Into the sacred remembering of what truly matters.
This, too, is a moment of opportunity. A gateway disguised as discomfort.
Because every conscious breath, every quiet longing, every whispered prayer… is already shaping what’s to come.
And what if – instead of asking for things – we asked for the qualities we long to feel?
Not the job, but the sense of purpose. Not the relationship, but the deep connection. Not the home, but the peace and belonging. What if that’s what we’re truly seeking?
When we name the essence of what we desire, we allow life to meet us with something even better than what our minds could imagine.
These days, I give thanks for the clarity that comes when we listen inward. And for the power of releasing – with trust – the specifics of how our good arrives.
So here’s a gentle practice:
Speak your desires clearly, but leave space for mystery.
Say:
“This or something better, for the highest good.”
“Thank you, Life, for meeting my needs in ways I cannot yet see.”
And bless it all. Bless the uncertainty. Bless the questions. Bless the unfolding.
Even when things appear to be falling apart, there is often a quiet reordering beneath the surface – a realignment that brings you closer to your truth.
You can bless the discomfort. Bless the teachers showing up in unexpected forms. Bless the miracle of another day to try again.
And most of all – bless your own heart, for still believing, still hoping, still reaching toward joy.
Because you do deserve a beautiful life. You are worthy of peace, abundance, and love. And your sincere prayers – the ones offered with humility and trust – are always heard.
So this month I invite you to say a simple prayer of gratitude, not just for what has already come, but for what is on its way.
Thank you for all that is unfolding.
Thank you for what I am becoming.
Thank you for the grace of this moment, and the miracle of what’s to come.
With love,
