Remember Your Goodness

Today, I want to offer a quiet reminder – not one shouted over the noise of the world, but whispered straight to your heart:

You are good. You have always been good. No mistake, misunderstanding, or opinion could ever erase that.

So often, we absorb the pain of others as if it belongs to us. A sharp word, a dismissive look, a wave of silence – we take it in, and it stings. But what if that sting doesn’t come from what was said or done… but from a fragile place within us still unsure of our own worth?

When we forget our goodness, we start believing the projections of others. We hand over the mirror, and see ourselves only through their confusion, their pain, their unmet needs.

But here’s the truth: You are not their story. You are not their perception.

The clearer you become in your own self-knowing – the more anchored you are in your inner light – the easier it becomes to let unkindness pass without piercing your spirit.

Especially if you’re a highly sensitive person – one who feels deeply, loves gently, and notices subtleties most don’t – this work of remembering your goodness is sacred.

You may have been misunderstood. Told you were too much, too emotional, too intense. But those were never flaws –  they were your gifts unrecognized.

So today, I give thanks for every quiet, beautiful soul learning to reclaim their inner truth. I give thanks for the journey of self-remembrance. I give thanks for you – for your courage to feel, to heal, to keep showing up.

🌸 What do you love about who you are?

🌸 What do you know, deep down, to be true about your heart?

Hold that close. Let it guide you through the noise. Because when you know your goodness – truly know it – you become unshakable.

With love,
