Is it Time for Change?

Written by Josie Thomson on October 23, 2011

If you find yourself in circumstances or situations that no longer serve you, what are you willing to do about it?  Are they just thoughts, or are you willing to take action to change and shift the energy?

Without action, nothing changes. If you are not willing to be willing to “do the work” you will remain where you are. If not now, then when will the right time be? Change is not always easy, but it is a necessary and key ingredient to your freedom, inner peace and wellbeing – unless of course you would rather stay where you are because at least you know that place.

I encourage you to look within today. Be honest with yourself. What is it you fear most? Do you fear change or is it that you don’t know what your options are? Do you need to reach out for support or a sounding board?  Or perhaps you may be feeling uncertain as to whether stepping beyond your comfort zone is truly worth the effort, the energy, and commitment that is required.

Only you can answer these questions. Only you know what truly resonates with you – what is good for you.  BE the change you seek.  Believe in YOU.  I do!  Jx
