I invite you to take a close look at your thinking – the quality of your thoughts, the content of your thoughts, the impact of your thoughts… on your beliefs, your words, your actions, your health.
Through my experiences with cancer, I have become keenly aware of how my thoughts impact my overall mental, emotional and physical health and wellbeing. Some thoughts won’t allow me to even sleep properly!! That’s not good! Other thoughts result in my heart racing and my mind feeling cluttered and unclear. Some thoughts de-stabilise my confidence.
I’m sure you can relate to this at times. And on the other hand, some thoughts feed my spirit – they feel good, they enable action, they reinforce all the ‘good’ in my life. These thoughts are good for me, and for my life.
This month I invite you to regularly pause, and pay attention to what you are paying attention to (in your mind). Tune into your body. If your thoughts don’t feel good – change them.
