Self respect starts and ends with YOU!

Written by Josie Thomson on October 25, 2016

How does other people’s negativity impact you? We must learn to allow people to enjoy their own projections without taking them on as our own.

If we don’t value ourselves, look out for ourselves, and speak up for ourselves, then we’re sabotaging ourselves.

We do not have control over what others say and do; but we do have control over whether or not we allow them to say and do these things to us. And we also get to decide how (if at all) their words and actions affect us.

You can prevent their poisonous words and actions from invading your heart and mind. Observe it all – don’t absorb any of it!

If you do not respect your sacred inner space, no one else will either. Self respect starts and ends with you.

If you are ready to learn the skills to take charge of your life and transform the quality of the important relationships in your life, then, allow me to show you how through my Think Better : Live Better program.
